Role Summary
Seeking a Model N GPM Techno Functional Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support for the Model N Global Pricing Management (GPM) platform supporting international pricing and market access operations. The role requires strong global pricing functional expertise with hands on application and data troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
L2/L3 support for Model N GPM covering Global Pricing, IRP simulations, country price rules, and launch pricing workflows
Incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution across application, data, and configuration issues.
Support pricing calculations, validations, and reconciliations across countries and markets.
Configure and maintain country rules, pricing policies, workflows, and reference data.
Troubleshoot data and integration issues with upstream/downstream systems.
Support releases, UAT, and production deployments.
Maintain operational documentation and knowledge assets.
Required Skills
Hands on experience with Model N GPM.
Strong understanding of pharma global pricing and international market access processes.
Experience in AMS / MSP / Production Support environments.
Strong Data Analysis Skills (SQL Preferred).
Pharma / Life Sciences domain experience in regulated environments.
Nice to Have
Exposure to IRP simulations and global launch pricing.
Experience with reporting tools (Power BI / Cognos).
Knowledge of ERP or finance system integrations.
Experience: 6 years
