Role Overview

We are seeking a Technology Lead with strong expertise in Generative AI and Enterprise Content Management, particularly within the IBM Watson ecosystem, to drive the design and delivery of next-generation AI-powered solutions.

This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, deep technical expertise in LLMs/GenAI, and the ability to build scalable AI-driven content intelligence and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic AI Leadership & Evangelization
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define and execute AI strategy and roadmap
• Drive AI adoption initiatives and evangelize GenAI capabilities across the organization
• Identify high-value AI use cases and align them with business objectives
• AI Solution Architecture & Engineering
• Architect and implement end-to-end GenAI solutions including:
• Data ingestion pipelines
• Model orchestration
• Inference services
• Enterprise system integrations
• Design multi-model and multi-agent architectures using modern frameworks
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems
• Model Development, Tuning & Optimization
• Apply advanced techniques such as:
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• LoRA / QLoRA / PEFT / SFT
• Prompt tuning and optimization
• Work with LLMs, embeddings, and transformer architectures
• Optimize models for performance, cost, and accuracy
• GenAI Engineering & Innovation
• Develop AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows
• Build domain-specific AI solutions leveraging:
• NLP/NLU
• Multi-modal AI
• Context-aware systems
• Prototype and productionize AI applications

• Lead client discussions and workshops
