About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated GenAI Lead / Senior AI Engineer to join the growing AI team. This is a hands-on role focused on building next-generation AI-powered applications, conversational AI solutions, and agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Generative AI, AWS cloud architecture, and scalable backend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, including chatbots, voice AI solutions, and intelligent automation systems.
• Lead the development and implementation of agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI systems.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices supporting AI applications.
• Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

Generative AI & Agentic AI

• Strong understanding of Conversational AI and chatbot development.
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications and agentic AI systems.
• Experience developing multi-step AI workflows, tool integrations, and intelligent automation.
• Familiarity with voice AI technologies (Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech).
• Exposure to image generation and multimodal AI concepts.
  
  

Programming & Backend Development

• Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js.
• Experience building scalable APIs, backend services, and microservices.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices and system design.
  
  

AWS & Cloud Architecture

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS.
• Expertise with:
• ECS / EKS
• AWS Lambda
• API Gateway
• S3
• DynamoDB
• RDS
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of software engineering experience.
• 2 years of hands-on Generative AI experience.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI applications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
