Our client is looking for a Gen AI Developer Consultant with a contract project in Tampa, FL below is the detailed requirement.

Job description:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong foundational knowledge in Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Extensive hands-on experience with leading LLMs such as Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT models, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, and other open-source LLMs.
• Proven experience working with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including advanced RAG techniques and implementation details.
• Ability to build, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based applications using platforms like Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, etc.
• Expertise in developing robust prompt engineering strategies and reusable prompt templates.
  
  

AI Modeling & Data Science:

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, and AI fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and real-world use case implementations.
• Working knowledge of guardrails and evaluation methodologies for measuring performance and safety of generative AI features.
  
  

Programming & Engineering:

• Strong programming proficiency in Python, including extensive experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Experience integrating generative AI into enterprise applications using APIs, knowledge graphs, and orchestration tools.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as PGVector, Pinecone, MongoDB Atlas, Neo4j for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Experience handling large volumes of unstructured data and building data pipelines for ingestion and processing.
  
  

Deployment & MLOps:

• Hands-on experience deploying GenAI-based models to production environments.
• Strong understanding of MLOps principles, model evaluation, and building robust deployment pipelines.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
  
  

Cloud & Containerization:

• Proven experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Experience deploying scalable applications using Docker, FastAPI, Streamlit, LangChain, and related tools.
• Strong experience managing and scaling containerized applications in cloud-native environments.
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently on complex and ambiguous problems.
