Required Qualifications
- Proven experience using Autodesk Fusion 360 for mechanical design and 3D modeling
- Strong foundation in mechanical design principles, tolerancing, and manufacturability
- Experience creating BOMs and cost estimates for mechanical assemblies
- Hands on experience assembling mechanical fixtures or test equipment
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into practical, buildable solutions
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with engineering leads
- Experience designing test fixtures or lab automation equipment
- Familiarity with scaling test systems across multiple stations or labs
- Experience sourcing components and working with vendors or machine shops
- Exposure to rapid prototyping techniques (e.g., 3D printing, quick turn machining)
