Job Description:
- Own functional understanding of end to end content operations including content creation review compliance checks localization and publishing workflows
- Translate content and skilling requirements into clear functional user stories acceptance criteria and backlog items for AI authoring pipelines
- Work closely with content stakeholders to capture operational nuances review cycles and compliance requirements that must be reflected in AIdriven workflows
- Define and validate workflow states metadata requirements approval gates and exception scenarios within the authoring and publishing pipeline
- Support UAT planning and execution by validating that delivered functionality aligns with content operations expectations
- Act as the functional SPOC for clarification of requirements during development testing and integration phases
- Collaborate with the AI Solution Architect and GenAI Lead to ensure functional intent is preserved in technical and AI design decisions
