- 10 years of experience in SAP Manufacturing (PP) and business process consulting, partnering with business and IT teams to optimize end-to-end production and operational workflows that drive measurable value.
- Proven track record in supporting large-scale ERP implementations, with deep understanding of MRP, Production Execution, Capacity Planning, Product Costing, and Quality Management integration across manufacturing functions.
- Hands-on expertise in designing, testing, and implementing process improvements using structured methodologies such as Agile, Lean, DevOps, SWOT, and SAP BPI/BPM to enhance system performance and business outcomes.
- Strong experience developing and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Integration Testing (BIT) programs, ensuring smooth system changes and successful adoption across stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build system roadmaps, document workflows, identify process gaps, and collaborate closely with Business Process Owners and leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
