Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in software engineering principles, secure coding, and the full SDLC.
• Proficiency in Angular, PrimeNG, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript-based web development.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core for designing RESTful APIs and backend service integrations.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2022 database modeling, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline automation, and build troubleshooting.
• Experience with NIST, HIPAA, and FISMA security standards for government software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop enterprise-level financial and administrative applications utilizing the Angular framework.
• Design and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
• Optimize SQL Server database performance through refined data modeling and stored procedure development.
• Automate software build and delivery processes through the implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Modernize legacy systems by refactoring codebases and migrating aging applications to current platforms.
• Lead system testing efforts including unit, integration, and automated regression testing cycles.
• Author detailed technical specifications, API documentation, and deployment guides for agency platforms.
