Kforce has a client in Warrendale, PA that is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their Software Engineering team and play a key role in building and maintaining the full lifecycle of internal tools and customer-facing applications.
Summary:
Our systems power workflows, data services, image processing, and visualization-giving you the chance to work on everything from robotics integration to data processing and user interfaces. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions across multiple platforms
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges, providing clear communication of issues and solutions
- Manage priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Produce thorough and accurate project documentation
- Continuously expand your technical knowledge to tackle new development and domain-specific challenges
- Research and recommend innovative methods to improve system performance
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and work independently when needed
- Communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in full-stack software development
- Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to evolving technologies
- Ability to maintain and evolve skills over time while proactively addressing issues beyond your immediate scope
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with leadership and align on cross-functional business needs
- Familiarity with Agile development practices is a plus
- Quick learner who adapts to changing technologies and circumstances, applying effective change management strategies
- Creative planning and resource management to balance complex schedules, skill sets, costs, and personnel challenges
- Capacity to handle peak resource demands without sacrificing quality
- Strong problem-sensing ability-recognize potential issues early and act decisively
- Skilled in analyzing information, evaluating outcomes, and selecting optimal solutions
- Ability to break down complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
