Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer - The Ideal Candidate should have strong Reactjs, TypeScript and good understanding for UI Design Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with innovative approaches.
- Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that integrate with appropriate systems.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met.
- Analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets.
- Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
- Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and explore new and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5 years of applied experience.
- Proficiency in Full Stack toolsets to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
- Expertise in key web technologies and their non-functional requirements.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, UI design systems, ADA compliance, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright automation, and content management systems.
- Knowledge of TDD approach for designing microservices and writing JUnit test cases using mocking frameworks.
- Exposure to performance tuning of Java microservices.
- Understanding of enterprise web application design, build, and deployment lifecycle, including tools like Webpack and Rollup.
- Strong collaboration and influence skills to work with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, ADA, design, UX, and user research.
- Strong Core Java and Java Web Application development knowledge (preferred).
- 80% front-end and 20% back-end development focus.
- Front-end web development expertise.
- AWS experience or knowledge (nice to have).
