This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting pay range in NJ. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Regular full & part-time employees (who complete 91 days of employment and work a minimum average of 12 hours per week) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, tuition reimbursement. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or directly related work experience
Three (3) years' work experience in information technology or engineering. A related advanced degree may offset some of the related work experience requirements
Strong programming skills
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
Proven computer/coding skills in multiple languages
Analytical, problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
Good presentation skills and ability to handle multiple projects
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with professionals from a range of technical and non-technical backgrounds

- Mentors junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
