Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled VoIP / FreeSWITCH Engineer with strong experience in SIP protocol, C/C , and real-time telecom systems. The candidate will design, develop, and support voice communication platforms, call routing systems, IVR applications, and SIP-based architectures.

Strong expertise in FreeSWITCH, SIP signaling, and voice infrastructure engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain VoIP / SIP-based communication systems
• Work extensively on FreeSWITCH for call routing, conferencing, and IVR
• Implement and troubleshoot SIP call flows and signaling issues
• Build and optimize telecom components using C / C
• Integrate SIP systems with gateways, SBCs, and external applications
• Debug real-time voice issues including latency, jitter, and call drops
• Ensure scalability, performance, and high availability of voice platformsRequired Skills (Must Have)
• Strong experience in SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) 5 10 years
• Hands-on experience in VoIP / Voice / SIP systems 5 10 years
• FreeSWITCH experience (2 5 years required)
• Strong knowledge of SIP Stack and SIPUA
• Strong proficiency in C / C (5 10 years)
• Experience in real-time communication / telecom systems
