FPGA Logic Designer High-Speed Interfaces (Software Focus)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Systems/Software Engineer with strong exposure to high-speed communication systems and server-level architectures. This role bridges hardware and software, focusing on system-level integration, debugging, and performance optimization of PCIe-based and high-speed interconnect solutions.

Core Technical Requirements

• Strong understanding of PCIe protocol stack and system-level behavior
• Experience working on server/platform-level software or firmware
• Familiarity with FPGA-based systems and hardware-software interaction
• Knowledge of high-speed protocols such as CXL, UCIe, or Ethernet
• Experience in driver development, firmware, or low-level system programming
• Understanding of system architecture, memory hierarchy, and data movement
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with hardware teams to enable and validate PCIe-based designs
• Develop/debug drivers, firmware, or system software for high-speed interfaces
• Perform system-level validation and performance tuning
• Debug issues across hardware/software boundaries
• Support bring-up of FPGA-based platforms in server environments
• Optimize throughput and latency at the system level
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data center/server platforms
• Familiarity with Linux kernel, drivers, or embedded systems
• Exposure to FPGA prototyping platforms
• Background from companies like **Cadence Design Systems, Siemens, Intel, or Marvell Technology
