- Analyze and document design requirements
- Perform RTL coding, simulation, and FPGA implementation
- Assign FPGA pins based on hardware design
- Maintain HW/SW interface documentation
- Develop control algorithms for motor drivers and analog front-end circuits
- Conduct hardware bring-up and troubleshooting
- Support firmware integration and system testing
- Apply risk and failure analysis techniques
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and QMS standards
- Proficiency in FPGA design and mainstream development tools
- Strong RTL coding skills in VHDL and Verilog
- Experience with embedded protocols (I2C, SPI, UART)
- Solid understanding of electronics and circuit design
- Skilled in lab instrumentation and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor s degree in science or engineering
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (or 6 years with a Master s degree)
- Experience with embedded MCU hardware, motor drivers, signal conditioning, and biomedical sensor interfaces is a plus
