Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electronics or Electronics Technology (or equivalent experience)
- IPC-A-610 (CIS) certification or the ability to obtain
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Flying Probe or In-Circuit Test (ICT) programming
- Military electronics training is considered instead of formal education
- Frequently lift 10-15 lbs.; occasionally up to 25 lbs.
- Analyze production schedules, board complexity, and equipment availability to select optimal testing platforms
- Develop and maintain flying probe test programs using CAD data, BOMs, and schematics
- Debug and validate test programs using schematics and component datasheets
- Troubleshoot and resolve test failures and equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Perform board-level and test-level diagnostics to ensure product quality
- Collaborate with Test Operators and cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation
- Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to meet production deadlines and throughput goals
- Assist with task coordination and team support as needed
