Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree.
- 5 7 years of relevant business and fleet management experience.
- Experience managing large fleet operations.
- Experience working with suppliers and strong supplier management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, including communication, follow-up, and coordination.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical company environment preferred.
- Experience managing safety and risk programs.
- Experience supporting company expansions and fleet programs, including EV and charging capability initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle manufacturers.
- Negotiation experience.
- Experience managing financials, budgets, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Experience managing a fleet of approximately 3,000 vehicles preferred.
- Experience supporting fleets for sales teams, educators, executives, and long-term assignment employees preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of overall business experience, with fleet management experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with fleet compliance, fuel programs, sustainability initiatives, and total cost of ownership strategies preferred.
- Experience working across multiple supplier relationships and outsourced partnerships preferred.
- Manage day-to-day fleet operations and coordinate fleet activities across North America.
- Support fleet program operations and ensure vendor and employee compliance.
- Coordinate implementation and compliance of fleet policies with fleet users, suppliers, systems, and tools.
- Execute fleet strategy and implement fleet programs that support business needs.
- Assist with quarterly and annual audits.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program goals are achieved.
- Serve as a backup point of contact for internal and external communications related to the fleet program.
- Analyze data, trends, benchmarks, and best practices, and report findings to leadership.
- Perform audits on fleet data and processes as assigned.
- Assist with developing and delivering communications and training strategies for field employees and authorized drivers.
- Monitor all aspects of fleet management, including safety, driver tax compliance, fuel, and sustainability.
- Provide ongoing support to drivers for vehicle-related issues.
- Maintain fleet policies and communicate updates to field employees and executives.
- Provide compliance reporting to management.
- Research, analyze, and identify process improvement opportunities, and implement new programs.
- Communicate new initiatives to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assist with implementing new fleet programs.
- Audit fleet inventory and provide solutions for insurance issues, fleet maintenance decisions, annual replacement activities, and monthly invoice reconciliation.
- Review and validate fleet software systems and ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
- Measure and monitor KPIs related to fleet performance, safety, total cost of ownership, and driver satisfaction.
- Support management of driver safety programs.
- Perform benchmarking and assess new safety services and technologies for crash prevention.
- Assist in creating and improving safety processes and programs.
- Partner with stakeholders to create and execute fleet training.
- Provide accident and vehicle documentation when requested.
- Ensure records are maintained in accordance with company policy.
- Assist in resolving escalated supplier requests.
- Review and audit monthly fleet invoices to ensure timely approval.
- Work with Finance and internal teams to provide required data for internal and external financial reporting.
- Prepare financial reports, chargebacks, and year-end fleet reporting.
- Experience with EV fleet initiatives and charging infrastructure programs.
