Role #1: Title -Firmware Engineer-UEFI
Location: Redmond, WA
7-10 yrs experienced UEFI / Embedded Firmware Engineer to work on modern computing platforms, supporting firmware development from early platform bring up through system validation and release. This role involves close collaboration with hardware, system, and silicon partner teams to deliver production ready firmware.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, integrate, and maintain UEFI, MCU, and embedded firmware (C/C )
Support new platform bring up and early hardware enablement
Debug and resolve system level stability, performance, and reliability issues
Collaborate with hardware, validation, system, and silicon partner teams
Contribute to firmware validation, automation, and CI/CD workflows
Deliver high quality firmware fixes aligned with schedule and quality goals
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in UEFI and low level firmware development (C/C )
Hands on experience with MCU firmware, BSP integration, and OS/driver interactions
Proven ability to debug hardware firmware software issues
Experience Working In Cross Vendor Or Multi Company Environments
Familiarity with source control, build systems, and CI pipelines

Drive quality, validation, and release readiness (HLK, signing)
Add telemetry and diagnostics for fast, remote issue resolution
Collaborate with hardware, firmware, IHVs, and Windows teams
What we're looking for
Experience with Windows drivers or low level system software
Strong kernel debugging skills
Solid C/C expertise
Comfortable working across hardware and firmware boundaries
