We are partnering with a leading financial services organization on a major implementation and transformation program and are seeking an experienced Fircosoft Consultant to join the team on a 12-month contract.
This role requires a hands-on professional with deep expertise in Fircosoft solutions, capable of supporting configuration, tuning, and end-to-end delivery within complex enterprise environments. The consultant will work closely with compliance, technology, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of financial crime screening capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation and configuration of Fircosoft solutions.
- Perform system tuning and optimization to improve screening performance and reduce false positives.
- Participate in end-to-end delivery of Fircosoft implementations across complex enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with technology, compliance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Support integration of Fircosoft with upstream and downstream systems.
- Assist with testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Analyze screening results and recommend rule adjustments and tuning strategies.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practices during the transformation program.
- Strong hands-on experience working with Fircosoft solutions (e.g., sanctions screening, payment screening, or name screening).
- Proven experience in configuration, rule tuning, and system optimization.
- Experience supporting large-scale implementations or transformation programs.
- Familiarity with financial crime compliance frameworks including sanctions screening and AML processes.
- Ability to work within complex financial services environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with large financial institutions or global banks.
- Knowledge of Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, or Firco Screening platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise integration and migration projects.
- Understanding of payment systems such as SWIFT or transaction screening workflows.
- Hybrid work model with approximately 2 days per week onsite in New York (flexible depending on experience).
