About the Opportunity:

• A nationally recognized Am Law 200 firm is seeking a Transactional Associate to join its Financial Services practice.
• This role focuses on complex financing transactions including syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance.
• The firm represents major financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and global organizations across a wide range of industries.
• Practice Areas Within the Finance Group
• Securitization
• Renewable Energy Project Finance
• Syndicated Loans
• Public Bonds

Core Responsibilities:

• Support complex financing transactions including syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance
• Draft and negotiate transactional documents
• Collaborate with partners and deal teams on sophisticated financial transactions
• Assist financial institution clients with structuring and executing credit facilities
• Provide strategic legal analysis and transaction support
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 2 8 years of transactional legal experience
• Experience with syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions
• Strong academic performance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Active bar admission in North Carolina or South Carolina
