Kforce has a client that is seeking a Finance System Analyst in Hollywood, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Finance System Analyst will provide functional and technical support for payroll activities related to enterprise HCM/ERP implementations
- Act as a strategic partner to Payroll, HR, IT, and other business areas to ensure system functionality meets operational and regulatory needs
- Maintain data integrity, validate system changes, perform testing, and support configuration updates
- Analyze payroll data flows to identify process improvement opportunities
- As a Finance System Analyst, you will develop and maintain reporting to support payroll operations and compliance
- Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll system functionality, integrations, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (required)
- 10 years of experience with centralized, automated payroll processing systems or related financial accounting functions (required)
- Prior experience supporting ERP implementations, with strong preference for Oracle/Lawson and UKG Timekeeping
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- APA (American Payroll Association) certification is highly desirable
- SQL experience is highly preferred
