Requirement/Must Have:
- Ability to follow procedures, schedules, and documentation accurately.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and clean room operations.
- Experience with GMP and regulatory compliance standards.
- Ability to handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Strong documentation and data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Due to the nature of the job, the candidate should be able to lift 50 pounds with assistance.
- 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or aseptic processing environment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, calculations, and documentation.
- Perform aseptic processing including media fills and sterile filtration.
- Conduct clean room gowning and maintain validation standards.
- Prepare disinfectants and sanitize production areas and equipment.
- Perform environmental monitoring activities.
- Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment such as sterilizers, capping machines, and filtration systems.
- Handle hazardous waste in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform visual inspection and quality checks.
- Support training of team members and process improvements.
- Assist in developing and improving procedures and methods.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Collect and transfer samples for quality control testing.
