Kforce is looking for a Field Technician to support their client in Jacksonville, FL.
Responsibilities:
End-user & Device Support:
- Provide onsite support for 40-50 users (varies by location)
- Troubleshoot Windows OS issues and basic Microsoft application problems
- Support mobile devices (iPhone & Android): basic setup, compliance, and simple iOS troubleshooting
- Assist with Intune mobile device management compliance for phones & iPads
- Help users transition from Google Suite to Microsoft 365
- Perform MFA enrollment and support
- Handle light hardware needs (keyboards, cables, peripherals, etc.)
- Assist with hardware deployments across branch offices and work sites
- Perform basic network administration; Network level preferred
- Rack and stack switches and support simple network connectivity issues
- Engage with enterprise tools and infrastructure under enterprise standards
- Work tickets in Fresh Service (transitioning to ServiceNow)
- Follow structured escalation paths to the HQ IT hub
- Document work thoroughly and communicate clearly with end users and leadership
- 3-5 years of network support
- Experience supporting Windows based environments
- Experience with ServiceNow (preferred but not required)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based environments
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise network equipment and products including: (Palo Alto, Cisco Catalyst, Meraki, Fortinet)
- General knowledge of mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and customer facing
- Comfort with simple hardware fixes and hands-on support tasks
- Ability to perform in high-volume settings
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites
