Luna Data Solutions has an immediate contract position opening for a Field Service Technician resource with our public sector industry client located in Wichita Falls, TX. *This is a 100% onsite position -8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. This candidate may also be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet business needs and deadlines. This resource will have occasional regional travel. Mileage will be reimbursed.

Role Description:
This resource will have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology.
Key Activities/Responsibilities:
- Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal.computers (PC) and related systems.
- Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware failures.
- Identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers.
- Provides technical support, training, process creation and leading various project efforts.
- Demonstrates exceptional local leadership/mentorship to junior Technicians.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience providing “white-glove” executive level support.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing end-user support.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting video tele-conferencing solutions such as Cisco WebEx
- Experience creating technical knowledge articles.
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment.
- Experience working in a multi-vendor environment for support operations
