Key Responsibilities
- System & Hardware Management: Prepare, deploy, and maintain computers and related equipment for staff use.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- User Lifecycle Management: Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, device provisioning, and access control.
- Installation & Deployment: Plan, implement, and manage installations of new hardware and software across locations.
- Training & Documentation: Provide technical support, training, and clear documentation to staff for efficient system use.
- Ticket Management: Enter, assign, update, and escalate service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Asset Management: Maintain spare equipment inventory and coordinate repairs/RMA processes.
- Application Support: Assist with multi-user on-premises and cloud-based applications.
- Access & Security: Create and maintain user access controls to protect company data.
- Technical Writing: Review, analyze, and produce technical documents as needed.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, desktop support, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with hardware/software installation and configuration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with cloud applications and multi-location IT environments.
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
