- Work order and service request management
- Requirements gathering and testing of system enhancements
- Coordination with IT and vendors on system improvement
- Reporting and operational data analysis
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams SQL or data querying experience Preferred qualifications
- Experience administering Archibus or a similar IWMS/CAFM platform (TRIRIGA| Planon| FM| etc.)Experience supporting Facilities| Corporate Real Estate| Workplace Services| or Space Planning organizations
- Strong understanding of occupancy management| space data| floor plans| and workplace operations
- Experience with AutoCAD and floor plan management preferred
- Experience gathering business requirements| conducting UAT| and supporting system implementations
