Responsibilities:
- Support senior staff in the initiation, design, and delivery of projects, particularly for facilities-related scope
- Gather user requirements and translate them into technical documentation for execution by third-party firms
- Assist with project definition by performing engineering studies and assessments for facilities systems
- Perform field evaluations of existing systems and provide engineering design recommendations
- Participate in and act as a delegate for commissioning walks for the facilities management team
- Work through the commissioning and start-up of new facilities
- Manage change controls, deviations, and CAPAs
- Provide support for inspection readiness
- Master's degree; OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience; OR Associate's degree and 6 years of experience; OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
- Experience with facilities management and projects is a must
- Proven experience with project engineering and coordination
- Strong communication and engineering problem-solving skills
- Experience with commissioning processes
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage tasks to completion
