Our client is a national real estate services organization seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to support purchase transactions across all 50 states. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role ideal for someone who enjoys multi-state work, accuracy, and proactive communication.

Job Details
Responsiblities
- Support Escrow Officers from file opening through closing
- Assist with funding, closing, and post-closing activities
- Prepare and assemble final closing packages
- Manage national, multi-state purchase transactions
- Navigate attorney-state and title-facilitated state requirements
- Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers/sellers, and mobile notaries
- Maintain accurate file notes and documents in ResWare (or similar system)
- Provide clear transaction updates to all parties
- 2 years of escrow, title, or real estate experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Purchase transaction experience required
- National or multi-state escrow experience
- Strong understanding of purchase workflows and timelines
- Proficiency with ResWare or comparable escrow software
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Experience with multiple lenders and investor requirements
- Familiarity with attorney-state vs. title-facilitated processes
