Position: ERP Data Analytics Lead
Location: Raritan, NJ - Day 1 Onsite

Role Descriptions: Own ERP Data Analytics delivery scope across assigned releases manage dependencies and execution.Design and oversee SAP S4HANA data integrations to enterprise data platforms (Azure Databricks Teradata).Lead ERP data ingestion from intake through deployment hypercare and steady state.Coordinate with data platforms ecosystems and application teams on timelines and cutover activities to ensure timely compliant delivery.Support sprint execution backlog refinement and delivery health reporting through KPIs.Ensure testing validation and release readiness for data ingestion solutions. Proven ability to identify and communicate risks impacts and mitigation plans. Maintain SDLC documentation and compliance standards.
