Role: ERP Program Manager

Role Summary:

The ERP Program Manager is responsible for leading large-scale ERP implementations and transformation programs across the enterprise. This role oversees multiple projects, ensures alignment with business objectives, manages stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and mitigates risks to deliver successful ERP outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP programs (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday, etc.)
• Define program roadmap, scope, milestones, and success metrics
• Manage multiple project managers, functional leads, and vendors
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, IT)
• Ensure governance, compliance, and change management adherence
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment activities
• Manage budget, resource planning, and risk mitigation
• Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders
• Drive post-go-live support, stabilization, and optimization
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12 years of overall IT experience
• 7 years managing ERP programs or large-scale implementations
• Strong experience with ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, D365, etc.)
• Proven experience in program governance and vendor management
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar ERP programs
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP / PgMP / SAFe certification
• Prior ERP transformation or global rollout experience
• Industry experience (Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Finance)
