Location: Bridgewater, NJ (3 Days Onsite per Week)
Duration: 6–12 Months Contract

o Oracle/JDE,
o MES,
o Finance integrations,
o and operational data flows.

Required Experience-
- 10 years leading complex ERP, M&A, or operational systems integration programs.
- Experience integrating regulated manufacturing environments, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, or life sciences.
- Strong understanding of ERP and manufacturing systems including:
o Oracle/JDE,
o MES,
o Finance integrations,
o and operational data flows.
- Experience coordinating GxP / CSV-sensitive programs.
- Strong understanding of systems integration, data migration, and coexistence architectures.
- Experience managing cross-functional global programs involving Operations, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Strong executive communication and synthesis capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving acquisition environments.
