Required Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS in a Supply Chain / Manufacturing environment (Required – Non‑Negotiable)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, MIS, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Business
- 5 years of experience in ERP, Business Systems, or Supply Chain Systems roles
- Experience supporting demand planning, purchasing, inventory management, and production scheduling
- Proven ability to work at the intersection of business operations and IT
- Experience upgrading or migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion or similar ERP transformations
- Experience supporting global ERP deployments, system mergers, or multi‑site rollouts
- Proven experience leading cutover activities for ERP system conversions
- Experience supporting internal and/or external manufacturing environments
ERP System & Process Ownership
- Own and manage Oracle ERP (EBS) processes for demand planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management
- Lead cross‑functional efforts to define future‑state process flows and system architecture
- Act as the primary business owner for materials‑management‑related system changes
- Work closely with IT teams to define requirements, implement changes, and optimize ERP solutions
- Represent business needs and priorities for all IT initiatives impacting supply chain and manufacturing systems
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce complexity, lower operational costs, and optimize inventory performance
- Support multi‑site and global manufacturing operations with scalable, standardized system solutions
- Drive improvements in operational efficiency and on‑time delivery (OTD)
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across functions and time zones
- Lead cross‑functional teams through ERP upgrades, system changes, and enhancement initiatives
- Analyze operational and transactional data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide decision‑support insights for manufacturing leadership
- Use SQL to perform ad‑hoc analysis directly from Oracle EBS
- Provide training and ongoing system support to manufacturing and supply‑chain end users
- Lead testing, validation, and user acceptance for ERP changes
- Participate in and lead ERP‑related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
- Business & Communication
- Strong presentation and communication skills with both leadership and manufacturing teams
- Ability to build business cases and translate operational needs into system requirements
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems applied to materials management and manufacturing operations
- Experience writing functional specifications for ERP and system changes
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and analytics tools such as Power BI
- Strong SQL skills for querying transactional ERP data
- Strong business acumen in supply chain operations, demand planning, and inventory management
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
