- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP platforms
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing environments
- Experience managing analytics or data-focused teams
- Exposure to AI development tools and modern software engineering practices
- Manufacturing or industrial systems experience strongly preferred
