What You'll Do
- Lead and support multiple referral-focused projects across an enterprise healthcare environment.
- Analyze, build, test, and optimize Epic referral workflows end-to-end.
- Partner closely with Patient Access, Cadence, and operational teams to streamline processes.
- Work extensively with Asa and Assa table workflows, including auto-assignment, auto-status change, and referral routing logic.
- Troubleshoot complex referral issues and propose workflow and configuration improvements.
- Manage multiple parallel initiatives while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate operational needs into effective Epic solutions.
- Strong communicator with proven cross-team collaboration.
