Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Orders Analyst to support the design, build, testing, and optimization of Epic Orders workflows. This role ensures efficient and compliant order management across healthcare facilities, supporting safe patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Epic Orders workflows (CPOE, order sets, protocols, decision support).
- Collaborate with clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, and ancillary teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Perform system testing, validation, and support change management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Work with cross-functional Epic teams to maintain system integration.
- Participate in on-call support rotation.
- Epic Orders Certification.
- 7 years of Epic implementation or support experience.
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and documentation.
- Experience translating clinical needs into system configurations.
- Certifications in Bugsy, Clin Doc, or related Epic modules.
- Prior experience as an Epic Orders Analyst or Builder.
