Epic MyChart / Interactive Solutions Analyst
Length: 6-month contract-to-hire

An Academic Health System in the Northeast is seeking an Epic MyChart / Interactive Solutions Analyst to support and enhance its primary patient engagement platform. This role focuses on MyChart functionality, interoperability, and patient-facing workflows, with an emphasis on improving the patient experience across digital touchpoints. This is an opportunity to work within a large, mature Epic environment alongside clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to design scalable, patient-centered solutions.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.

This is an opportunity to work within a large, mature Epic environment alongside clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to design scalable, patient-centered solutions.
What You'll Do
- Support, enhance, and optimize Epic MyChart, the organization's primary patient-facing application
- Focus on Welcome workflows and Care Everywhere interoperability
- Collaborate with business, clinical, and technical stakeholders to design and improve user-friendly workflows
- Participate in Epic build, testing, and ongoing enhancements
- Support integrations and workflows involving third-party applications
- Ensure patient-facing solutions align with broader Epic system architecture
- Contribute to scalable, intuitive designs that improve the patient experience
- Hands-on experience with Epic MyChart (depth of experience preferred)
- Epic MyChart certification required
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability concepts
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Experience designing and implementing scalable Epic solutions
- Experience with Care Everywhere or other Epic interoperability initiatives
- Ambulatory Epic module experience
- Work directly on Epic's patient engagement platform
- High-visibility, patient-impact work
- Collaborative academic medical environment
- Opportunity to specialize further in MyChart and interoperability
