Job Brief

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will act as the key link between our business objectives and IT capabilities. The candidate will support the successful completion of analysis, development, testing, and deployment of software product features while ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and implemented.

Responsibilities

• Define business analysis requirements and configuration specifications.
• Perform quality assurance and assist in testing activities.
• Define reporting and alerting requirements for business processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance system integrations.
• Help design, document, and maintain system processes and workflows.
• Identify common technical issues and provide recommendations to the product team.
• Communicate key insights, findings, and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve system monitoring and customer value.
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Previous experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Quality Assurance is preferred.
• Proven ability in requirement gathering, analysis, and testing.
• Experience analyzing data and creating business insights using data visualization tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis
• Basic experience in process documentation and system documentation.
