Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Lead II (ERP/CRM)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Lead (ERP/CRM) to drive end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. This role involves technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution design and development (HLD, LLD, architecture)
• Create and maintain technical documentation (FDS, deployment, test artifacts)
• Perform code reviews, design reviews, and enforce coding standards
• Act as SPOC for build, release, and deployment issues
• Manage end-to-end delivery of modules/user stories in Agile environment
• Collaborate with client architects, product owners, and stakeholders
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Handle defect management (RCA, trend analysis, quality improvements)
• Design and implement integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Contribute to reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and practice initiatives
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
  
  

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong experience in ERP/CRM platforms
• Expertise in application design, architecture, and coding best practices
• Hands-on experience with:
• API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Data migration / data loading tools
• Production deployment & release management
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong understanding of design patterns and scalable architecture
  
  

Leadership & Stakeholder Skills:

• Mentor and guide junior developers / team members
• Strong client-facing experience and communication skills
• Ability to present technical solutions to business stakeholders
• Drive team engagement, delivery excellence, and quality standards
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Domain experience in ERP/CRM or enterprise platforms
• Relevant technical/domain certifications
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) (added for market alignment)
