Responsibilities:
As an RF Test Technician, you will be responsible for the following:
- Participate in the assembly, integration, and testing of RF electronics hardware.
- Utilize your expertise in analog, digital, and RF subsystems to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Perform complex RF measurements using equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and vector network analyzers.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of test procedures and documentation.
- Perform soldering & de-soldering using rework tools, such as hot tweezers, hot plates, hot air rework stations, and reflow ovens.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the quality and reliability of the products.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
To be considered for the RF Test Technician position, the candidate must possess the following:
- A minimum of 8 years of direct technical experience with electronic systems, including analog, digital, and RF subsystems.
- Strong hands-on experience with RF circuits and systems.
- Proficient in using test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and vector network analyzers.
- Experience with soldering & de-soldering using rework tools, such as hot tweezers, hot plates, hot air rework stations, and reflow ovens.
- Experience with satellite and space hardware is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently when required.
