Job Description:

• IT - Engineering Support Lead/Supervisor
• A scheduler that develops detailed schedules for design engineering projects. Coordinates and represents the department in project, engineering, and scheduling meetings.
  
  

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Plans and schedules work based on system priorities, workload demand, and available resources to ensure timely execution of field activities.
• Ensures schedules are properly loaded; manages schedule adjustments and re-optimization as conditions change.
• Partners with internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure priority work is executed efficiently.
• Monitors and communicates schedule updates.
• Forecasts workload with internal and external workgroups on resource planning, availability, and workload balancing.
• Identifies scheduling constraints or deficiencies, analyzes alternatives, and recommends solutions to mitigate conflicts and service impacts.
  
  

Minimum experience required of the position:

• Scheduler, Senior to Senior Lead
• High level of understanding of P6

Required:

• Prior nuclear experience
• Prior design engineering scheduling experience
  
  

Preferred:

• Understanding of PowerBi and other analysis tools.
• Experience implementing a new or redefined scheduling program within an organization

Pay Range: $55- $60/hr. W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
