We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of automated assembly equipment at customer facilities and within our manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, enjoy solving technical challenges, and be comfortable traveling to support customers.

Job Details
Install, commission, and start up automated equipment at customer sites
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system issues
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation
Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
Train customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures
Complete service reports and document repairs, modifications, and recommendations
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues
Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company standards
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Field Service Technician, or similar role
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Experience with industrial automation, PLC-controlled equipment, motors, sensors, VFDs, or automated machinery preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
U.S. Passport required
