- Install, run, and terminate cabling, including Ethernet (PoE) for network cameras or coax for analog.
- Configure IP camera settings for network access and remote viewing.
- Integrate lighting for specialized top-down lighting, ensuring clean, even light to minimize shadows.
- Set up video management software, firmware updates, and storage/cloud recording systems
- Monitor network performance and availability using network monitoring tools, proactively identify issues and minimize service disruptions.
- Maintain network topology diagrams, change management documentation, and incident records to reduce the mean time to resolution (MTTR) for P1/P2 incidents
- Diagnose and resolve TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless connectivity issues; reduce average resolution time through structured fault-pattern documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Automate server backup and provision the workflows, eliminate manual steps and improve deployment consistency.
- Support disaster recovery testing and server maintenance, to ensure zero data loss during DR exercises conducted over the engagement.
