Responsibilities:
- Oversee, coordinate, and execute electrical installations, ensuring all work adheres to established plans and specifications.
- Lead and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure maximum productivity.
- Perform regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems, implementing effective solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance and repair work.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction or a related field.
- Proven experience as an electrical foreman or a similar lead electrical role.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
