What You Will Be Doing
As the Electrical Engineering Asc Mgr, you will be responsible for leading the engineering and technology laboratory team to achieve technical excellence and mission success. You will oversee the development and implementation of innovative solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of engineers and technicians to design, develop, and test equipment
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets
Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success

Basic Qualifications
Proven experience leading large and diverse systems engineering teams
Proven experience working with Test Equipment & fabrication techniques
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering activities in support of missile programs, planning and execution build schedules, affordability considerations, and risk and opportunity management.
Experience required includes, customer interface, integration and test planning and execution, management of major subcontracts. The candidate must have current missile experience.
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
