Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering projects from initial concept through design, validation, and production release.
- Serve as the technical point of contact across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support product design reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive issue resolution related to design, manufacturing processes, or field performance.
- Coordinate prototype builds, validation testing, and production readiness activities.
- Document designs, changes, and project milestones in accordance with internal standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering or a related role in the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with products or systems that incorporate electronic components.
- Proven track record of leading engineering projects from concept to production.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to serve as a technical point of contact across various departments and suppliers.
