Required Skills:
- Electrical Design and Test Fixture Development
- Medical Device Industry experience (Preferred)
- Analog and Digital Circuit Design & Debugging
- Subsystem-Level Electrical Integration and Characterization
- Semi-Automated Test System Development
- Low-Voltage/High-Current Power Electronics
- Hands-on Troubleshooting using Lab Equipment
- Development and Validation of Jigs, Fixtures, and Prototypes
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, CAPA
- Design Change Management (ECR/ECO) and V&V Support
- IEC 60601 Standards Knowledge
- FMEA, Failure Analysis, and Design Reviews
- Support medical equipment sustenance engineering activities.
- Investigate field issues and implement corrective actions.
- Drive design changes and maintain engineering documentation.
- Support PCBAs, assemblies, and electrical test systems.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Service teams.
- Manage component obsolescence and product lifecycle updates.
- Design, develop, and validate test fixtures and prototypes.
