- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 2 years of system and/or hardware test experience
- 3 years of system and/or hardware test experience
- Preferred (not required) knowledge of NASA human spaceflight hardware lifecycle, certification, and engineering processes and experience with LabVIEW programming and test automation
- Experience project budgeting and forecasting
