We are seeking a Electrical Engineer to lead a Test Equipment Lab, overseeing the design, development, and lifecycle management of advanced test systems. This role focuses on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) design, lab operations, and regulatory compliance, ensuring high-quality test solutions in a controlled and safety-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ATE design, build, and integration, along with a strong understanding of electrical test equipment design and maintenance. You should have hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of test systems, including COTS DAQ based or custom hardware solutions and associated test application software. Knowledge of IPC610 workmanship standards (crimping, interconnects, harnesses, wiring) and OSHA safety standards is required.
In this role, you will oversee daily lab operations, ensuring efficient execution of projects while maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards. You will lead the design and development of test equipment, implement lab policies and procedures, and enforce quality control processes.
