EDI Specialist

Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced EDI Specialist to join a growing IT team. This role is critical for managing electronic data interchange processes, integrating systems, and supporting supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, ERP experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage EDI messaging, mailbox processes, and API integrations.
• Work with flat files (cXML) and third-party systems to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Onboard suppliers and clients, perform testing, and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Support Epicor ERP (X3) systems (on-prem and cloud).
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet timelines and maintain data integrity.
  
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with EDI processes and tools.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Knowledge of Epicor ERP (X3) or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
• Preferred
• Multi-language programming experience.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and portals.
• Manufacturing industry exposure.
