Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in E-forms automation and OpenText LiquidOffice development.
• Proficiency in OpenText ApplicationXtender and Electronic Content Management systems.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL database integration and backend data collection.
• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory for identity management and user permissions.
• Experience with automated workflow design and digital signature implementation.
• Experience in system architecture design and Tier 2 technical administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Convert manual agency forms into automated fillable digital solutions using specialized software.
• Architect and publish complex automated workflows for document routing and approval tracking.
• Integrate electronic forms with enterprise databases to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Manage system capacity, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery for digital form platforms.
• Establish document retention schedules and business rules aligned with regulatory security standards.
• Perform complex debugging, code versioning, and cross-browser compatibility testing for web applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to modernize record information management systems.
