Job Requirements
- 4 years of software testing experience with at least 3 years dedicated to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.
- Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for validating complex low-code application workflows.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Mabl, or similar script-based tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for managing test plans, defect tracking, and execution logs.
- Experience in validating technical integrations between Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and external data sources.
- Experience with SAFe or Agile methodologies within large-scale technology modernization programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for facilitating User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end quality assurance lifecycle for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform application suites.
- Develop and execute automated regression test scripts using Playwright or Mabl to ensure platform stability.
- Validate data integrity and complex workflow synchronization between SharePoint Online and Dynamics 365.
- Manage the defect management process and risk escalation protocols within Azure DevOps.
- Perform detailed functional and performance testing on Power Apps components, permissions, and user interfaces.
- Orchestrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide technical guidance to stakeholders during system transitions.
- Design comprehensive test strategies to support the migration and retirement of legacy enterprise systems.
